Teaching Rationale

Our teaching rationale is derived from the study of extensive brain research which shows that physical movement effectively sparks growth and development of brain connections. Research has shown that the development of a child’s brain is positively related to the advancement of movement skills and fitness.

Movement influences the development of the brain. Hence, we emphasize greatly on the quality of movement executed as well as the intensity and rigor in which the movements are executed. We are meticulous about using the correct movement techniques to enhance the way the brain processes information. High quality movement enables better wiring of the brain creating more efficient and effective pathways for learning.
